We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of plants, tools, and accessories. If for any reason you’re not happy, please review our straightforward returns process below.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note: Due to the delicate nature of live plants (including perennials, shrubs, bamboos, grasses, bonsai, climbers, conifers, and fruit bushes), we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For these items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include all tags and accessories.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (wrong item or damaged product): We’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • For other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange.
  2. Specify the replacement item you’d prefer.
  3. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Live plants (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Opened seed packets (flower seeds)
  • Used gardening tools (cutting tools, digging tools, children’s tools)
  • Opened garden treatments (garden paint & fence treatments)
